Like in Namacunde and Nambambe, the main objective for Cahama´s Site Plan was to create economic residential areas to answer housing demand and future resettlement needs related with urban regeneration processes. Located near the center the design aimed for continuity with the existing occupation and the respect for the Villages Land Use Plan regulation.
